Story & Setting
As soon as you start the game, you’re going to get connected to the world and relive the fateful night of 1978. Players have the option to relive it as the iconic killer, Michael Myers, or the civilian heroes trying to survive the fateful night.
Setting
The map represents the town of Haddonfield with amazingly detailed houses, backyards, and street décor. There are going to be NPCs living their normal lives without knowing the danger present in the city.
Gameplay & Survival Mechanics
Michael Myers’ goal is to kill the residents before Halloween. He also possesses abilities like invisibility, melee weapons, and guns that can knock people down. When Myers uses his abilities, he is completely gone; there is no trace of him to the naked eye. It could be used in a variety of ways, including quick navigation and surprise attacks.
Civilian Heroes: Their role is to alert neighbors and call the police. They have to convince them to send help. They have a knockdown gun. The civilians move at normal speed; there is no indication if there are moments when the speed increases or not. When a civilian is targeted, there is a marker that shows the targeted person.
Police & Detention Mechanics
When you call the police, it starts a timer, and each police officer who shows up shortens the timer. At the end, when the timer reaches zero, there are two possibilities: they detain Michael, or the heroes escape. But Michael can evade and knock down the police, so it is pretty balanced.
Perspective
The killer is played in third person. But overall, there might be some perspective switches.
Multiplayer
There are rumors that you can play as the killer or as a civilian. You can play against AI, or you can do PvP, person versus person.
Graphics & Atmosphere
Halloween the game holds a dark environment with really accurate detailing that was done because of Unreal Engine 5. On top of that, the audio sounds like it will blend well with the environment.

Why should Halloween the game his game be exciting? This game is made based on one of the greatest villains seen in movies, but playing the game and living the real event is nothing to be compared to.
