iPhone Foldable or iPhone Ultra?
It has been a long time since we have been waiting for the new iPhone Ultra. The waiting time is not finished yet, but we have unofficial leaks that are meant to surprise you. And let me tell you, this redesign is the biggest iPhone redesign in years. The iPhone Ultra, or as some people like to call it, the iPhone Foldable, is also going to be released with the MacBook Ultra.
Introduction
It’s been years that Samsung has taken advantage of Apple not releasing a new foldable iPhone, and its time is coming to an end. We are going to see a next level of premium device that will leave the Pro in the dust.
Ultra
Like I said, the new iPhone Ultra will not replace the Pro variant, as it is more of a higher-end model than the Pro. This is not the first time Apple has used the word “Ultra.” We have seen the M1 Ultra chip and the Apple Watch Ultra. Look how they previously used the word “Ultra” because it means the best and the most expensive.
It’s not going to be the only thing that Apple is planning to launch this year. We’re also going to be seeing a MacBook Ultra that’s going to have an OLED touchscreen.
Could AirPods and iPad Ultra be next?
There’s a pretty good chance that after the release of the Ultra iPhone and MacBook Ultra, we’re going to see more Ultra items that Apple could launch, like AirPods or iPad. I don’t know about AirPods, but it’s almost certain that we’re going to see an Ultra iPad.

Design & Display
This is going to be one of the biggest changes that Apple is going to apply to their iPhones. A book-style foldable design that gives the same experience as an iPad Mini.
The iPhone Ultra is going to have 3 screens that go around a 7.7–7.8-inch inner display and a 5.3–5.5-inch outer display. The device is going to be made out of titanium. The iPhone is also going to have 4 cameras.
There are dummy models clustering around the internet that at first look appear more square than the traditional rectangular design.

Adding a hinge to an iPhone is always a big challenge for any company. Apple is trying its best to make the perfect iPhone Ultra. The biggest problem they’re facing with the hinge is the visibility and the tactile crease. They’re trying new technology and new materials to make a perfect Ultra iPhone.

While there are no leaks or official information about the specs of this new Ultra iPhone, our best guess is that it will come with an A20 chip or even an A20 Pro. It may also include some parts from the iPhone 18 Pro with modem and advanced Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular technology like the C2 and N1.
Battery
It is expected to hold a big battery that can easily reach 5000–5500 mAh. There a good possiblty that the iphone fordable may not be equiped with wirelss chgaring.
Cameras
The Ultra has 4 cameras in total, 2 in the back and 2 in the front. The ones in the back are going to be found on a plateau similar to the iPhone 17 with 48 MP, and two others on the inner and outer displays.
Big Problems About Ultra
There are going to be five features that might be missing on the Ultra iPhone, which is really disappointing. First, there may be limitations on wireless charging. Second, it is going to run on iOS software instead of iPadOS. Third, there may be no Face ID lock. Fourth, no telephoto camera. And fifth, no unique body construction.
Why This iPhone Is So Hyped
Mainly, the reason behind the hype is because it’s new. It’s not the same thing as the previous models that have looked similar for 10 years. There are also a lot of people looking forward to a bigger screen on iPhones, and finally Apple may release an iPhone that can target a broader audience. One more thing, the Ultra is going to be the next category that could leave the Pro behind.
