What is this game about?
Rockstar Games is the developer and publisher of the 2018 action-adventure game Red Dead Redemption 2. The game serves as a prequel to Red Dead Redemption (2010) and is the third installment in the Red Dead series. Arthur Morgan, an outlaw and member of the Van der Linde gang, must deal with the decline of the Wild West while trying to survive against government forces, rival gangs, and other adversaries. The story is set in a fictionalized representation of the United States in 1899 and follows Morgan’s exploits. First- and third-person viewpoints are used to present the game, and the player is free to explore the interactive, open world at will. The gameplay comprises various aspects such as gunfights, heists, hunting, equestrian rides, interacting with non-player characters, and upholding the character’s honor rating through moral decisions and actions.
